"Guiding
Clients in Protecting Their Most Important Assets: Family, Property
& Business"
Thank you
for visiting our website. The
focus of our firm is to provide you with the education necessary
to protect your most valuable assets. We provide on-going education
and service through our articles, quarterly newsletters, seminars,
and regularly scheduled client meetings (at least once every three
years) to review estate plans. Feel free to call us to receive
any of our education materials or to schedule a free phone or
office consultation. If you have to leave a message we will respond
to you by the next business day.
Because the firm focuses in primarily two areas of law, Estate
Planning and Real Estate, this allows us the unique ability to
understand and provide you with excellent service. We also provide
the personal service that only a firm of our size can supply.
We have a wealth of knowledge at our d isposal
through our national network of estate planning attorneys and
resources and our active affiliation with Wealthcounsel, National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Georgia Bar and its Fiduciary
and Elder Law sections. These resources allow us to ensure that
the plans we produce will fully protect you and address all your
needs.
If you are new to the East-Metro Atlanta area, we will enjoy meeting
you and showing you some of that good ole Georgia hospitality.
Those moving into the community not only need to find a new home,
but may also need to insure that either they have an estate plan
or that your previously developed plan is in accordance with Georgia
law.
The firm has
continuously been an active participant within the community.
In 2010, responding to the growing number of unemployed families
needing assistance, the firm unveiled a new community-oriented
program "Estates
for Plates."
This is a program originated by fellow Wealthcounsel member, Eden
Rose Brown for her Oregon community. Our program
will assist the Rockdale Emergency Relief and other local food
banks by collecting canned goods. The firm will allow local non-for-profit
organizations to use its conference facilities for meetings. In
return the meeting participants will each bring a canned good.
In addition, the firm will be specifically requesting its clients
to bring a canned good to each consultation.

"I
have used Mr. Barlay for the last four years and I have
been continuously impressed with the level of service
that the law firm provides. The majority of my transactions
involve properties in Gwinnett County. However, I use
the resources necessary to bring my clients all the
way to Conyers to close. In fact, I sometimes personally
transport clients to the firm's office. With the firm,
I know the status of my file even before I walk into
the closing room and I know that my clients will be
well taken care of." J.
Harris - Realtor
